Service Arrangements for the Registration and Permit Office

The service hours of the Registration and Permit Office are from 9:00 am to 5:15 pm, Mondays to Fridays (closed on Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays).

FPS Payment Function Extended to Online Payment Services

Faster Payment System (FPS) payment is available at the EMSD (Regulatory Services) Web-Based Registration Services (WBRS) with effect from 5 March 2024. In making payments, members of the public can scan the FPS QR codes displayed at the webpages concerned using supporting mobile applications of the banks or stored value facilities.
